The ruling is correct. Temporary means temporary.
Except the intent now, as Steven Goebbels Miller has cleared stated, is to completely stop any asylum cases whatsoever. No more entry, whether temporary or not.
It was never about how long they were here, but that they were here at all.
Actually, there’s nothing wrong with ending asylum. Admission to the US should be based on talent or needed skills.
Why? Americans aren’t held to that standard. If natural born citizens aren’t talented or skilled, should they be expelled from the country? Who decides what talented or skilled is?
There has to be some criteria for permitting an immigrate into the country. Having talent or skills is a good criterion since a country will benefit from it. Industry will determine needed talent or skills.

The huddled masses created this country. They will house and feed themselves just as they’ve done for 250 years. All they need is for assholes like you to stop eliminating any chance they have for success just to give all of the privileges to the white people who stole the land.
