President Donald Trump — whose approval ratings continue lagging — posted a social media image suggesting renaming the state of New Mexico as “New America.”
U.S. Rep. Gabe Vasquez, of Las Cruces, in a response to Trump on X stated, “You don’t get to erase New Mexico. Not our name. Not our history. Not our culture. The President may want to call us ‘New America,’ but we know who we are.”
What more can be said about this?
The time for complaints and shared lamentations is long past.
The time for action is here. We must impeach this traitorous pedophilic felonious illiterate con man, ground his cronies so they cannot leave the country, and bring every last one of them to court for crimes against humanity and war crimes and just… crimes in general.
