I don’t know what this author means, they fixed the elections for White Supremacists just a little bit ago.
Monday’s batch of orders brought a rare bit of good news at the Supreme Court. The justices announced that they will hear Kian v. Florida next year, setting the stage for the court to strike down Florida’s Jim Crow–era law allowing six-member criminal juries.
Oh I see, take 62 years backwards and then take one step forward.


I’m assuming this is just for felonies? I was on a 6-person jury in Colorado (obviously relatively progressive) recently, but it was a misdemeanor. I believe felony cases have the full 12.
