Okay, so Anthropic distills MY copywriter data and it’s fine.
Alibaba distills Anthropic non-copywritable and that demands retaliation at the nation state level.
Fuck off. The rules are abundantly clear.
Autocorrect hates me, I am sorry.

They had a whole presentation on this, and over half was got this ties into Google analytics and advertising.
It’s specifically to sell your demographic info and not about bots or training.

Which is somewhere near $20

Copilot? Isn’t that the app I make spreadsheets in? No… wait… it’s my email app right?

Who do you think you are?!

I think you’ll find they’re employed by American companies.

And it’s Persona, the thrill run identify verifier that sends your data to the US and other governments, and lulls your credit report, and more.

Whenever you see correlated debt and conditional loans like this it’s time to panic.
The impact of these things are almost never modelled for failure correctly, and so their impact is much much higher than a regular default.
You can and it works very well now
If you install home brew 90% of the issues go away.
The problem is that most Linux software assumes it can do whatever it wants, and immutable distros do not let you write to the system files.
This creates confusion, because you see a guide for Fedora and it said dnf install xyz, but dnf doesn’t work. The solution is to add it to your image tree (no) or to create a toolbox with that package (complicated, requires setup, gets complicated if your tool needs access to Wayland for clipboard or something)).
Bazzite solves this by using brew, which is a package manager built for macOS which has had immutable systems for years. Brew solves most of the issues.
For me by the time I went immutable it just made more sense to go full declarative with nix, but nix is also a steeper learning curve.

Most stations yes, but cbc radio is great.

I can’t believe people are watching fifa and attending.
This is why we can’t have nice things. People look the other way too easily.

It was gone way before the headphone jack was taken from us

Ohhhh
I feel stupid, thank you!

Why are they re releasing a 10 year old chip?
Is not really answered, just that supply is low and people still buy it?

And when you want more music without algorithms, accounts, or another monthly subscription, just launch the built-in FM radio. Unlimited songs in your pocket, all powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 processor, with efficient passive cooling.
Why did they ever take this away from us? I was mad when they did.

Because polls exist to try and get a representative sample, and they bank their whole reputation on it.
Just because you’ve never been polled doesn’t mean they don’t exist or work.

There’s also a broader implication here.
If the US ever goes to war with China (by necessity it choice), for the foreseeable future all China has to do is have their ally choke off the strait of Hormuz and the US will crumple in months.
The reason the US is surrendering is because they are about to lose oil production capacity domestically; they hit the threshold of not enough oil to pressurize domestic pipelines.
That happened because they never filled the strategic reserve, and lashed out at any price increases, and bragged about how they can now sell so much extra oil now.
So any conflict with China will utterly destroy the US (and world) economy. The US is too far into late stage capitalism to ween off oil, so they’re fucked by their own choices.
The US is now officially unable to combat China.
Rockstar made so much fucking money off online you’d think they wouldn’t have the gall to charge extra for it… but greed always wins.
