23·6 months agoI’m skeptical about that study. I did stop buying glass bottles after seeing this (I was also swayed by them being more expensive and smaller) but intuitively it doesn’t make sense to me that just particles from the bottle cap could cause more microplastics than the entire bottle made of plastic.

01·11 months agoIf Europe can’t export to a rich & large market like the US, it’s not exactly fucking the US, it’s more like losing valuable customers.

I just meant that so many ppl are using signal that it makes it hard to switch to something else because then you’d have to convince your friends to switch too.
