That’s a very good point. The gains / results are less significant apparently. Recently heard about a software supplier actually asking for MORE money than contracted, to cover for the expenses on tokens for the software work they provide. That means, the cost for the customer actually went up. That feels completely backward.
Even then, would it not be possible to install a graphical updater on any distro?
I can vouch for the JetKVM. I have one from the very first kickstarter campaign, and it really is a nice piece of technology. With the new version with that low price you cannot go wrong.
That might actually be at least a positive thing coming out of this timeline’s disasters…
At the same time Gen X actually may have had the best time. Relatively peaceful times, nice social cohesion, at the same time less parental governance and control, and generating some of the most creative music/movies/games.
