isn’t there a solution for a decentralized dns? Like DHTs or so? Maybe just switch your dns to a more open one. DNS over https could be better. Run your own dns roor server?

How far developed is asahi now? Is every hardware working? Last time i looked into it wifi didn’t work, i think. So i thought it was not useful for me.
