I don’t really care if GTA 6 is $100+. It’s the best of the best, maximum effort, no expense spared tier of video game making. I might eventually get it and I might not.

Keep in mind that Super Nintendo games were $60 or $70 in the mid 90s. Games have come down in relative price recently and are only now starting to creep back up, but that’s because gaming has become a massively popular hobby and a lot of people want huge masterpieces like GTA 6 or Elder Scrolls 6.

I mean, people already do this. Lots of folks do crosswords or sudoku or other puzzles to keep their mind sharp. It’s pretty commonly recommended by doctors I think.

It’s not just knowing the outcome, it wouldn’t be nearly as fun of a viewing experience. The quality of play is often really bad by modern standards, to say nothing of the video and audio quality.

Weed doesn’t get laced with fentanyl, it gets contaminated because dealers aren’t cleaning their equipment well enough between substances. Which isn’t hard to do since the lethal dose of fentanyl is so small.

But in my opinion, while the black market will always exist, the legal market is in no danger because of people like me - I don’t know anyone who deals weed and I’m not going to bother to try and make connections when the legal route is so much easier and more convenient.
