Has the website changed im the past few years like has it updated for mobile support?

I am using Ecosia with bing engine configuration. Google still surfaces better results for my case. What should I try?

Not really. Google can only be as good if it actually has good stuff it can surface you. You can’t find something that does not exist.

I haven’t tried yet so i am asking. I currently only use brave because I know they patch whatever google does to evade adblock

AFAIK, it’s still possible to upload content that can be demonitized if you really don’t care about monetization. The video will not be deleted, it will just be demonitized. However, creators don’t want to get demonitized so they bow down. There is still freedom just as long it’s not some extreme stuff.

Unfortunately, you need monetization to keep going. If creators didn’t, they wouldn’t have folded to YouTube monetization rules and just kept posting whatever they wanted. Basically, YouTube demonitezes then crrators have folded to just censoring their videos instead of pushing back because of money.

Maybe add Bilibili, TikTok, Facebook, and Dailymotion to the list. Yes, they also have ads but they are not that strict about ad blockers.

Reddit ban people -> people look for alternatives

Promoting open source software and funding them is better than banning proprietary software. Improving data protection laws will also be more productive as a blanket solution rather than selectively banning companies with suspicious data practices.

You can just set it to desktop mode. It happens when scrolling on mobile. Or, just stop using reddit altogether
