2·7 days agoA sudden spike in unemployment followed by waves of debt default, foreclosure, and police actions on the unemployed would seem to be the more pressing issue.
He certainly doesn’t think so from all the redactions to the disclosures to Congress and the sweetheart deal he gave Maxwell (the co-conspirator who is still in prison today for the crimes he committed and advances).
Today’s bombing a girl’s school distracts from who the President was fucking in 1997.
He had Epstein killed just 10 years ago, and there is no statute of limitations on murder.
Also, its not just him. He’s surrounded by the Epstein class who all went in on raping children together.

1·7 days agoState governments already duplicate much of what the feds do already, we’ll be fine.
We literally ran into a problem with that exact model with the Articles of Confederation (The first go around before the Constitution).

8·18 days agoFor the paycheck thing: the daycare takes the parent’s entire paycheck because daycare is so expensive because the working class hasn’t gotten a raise in almost 20 years. Providers need the second job because inflation is so high because people are getting what they voted for.

Good, the market is starting to realize the true value of a homophobe’s life: nothing.

111·20 days agoPersonal bias? Maybe the prosecutor has a deep loathing of the LGBT population and thinks that Leviticus 20:13 ( If a man lies with a male as one lies with a woman, the two of them have done an abhorrent thing; they shall be put to death – their bloodguilt is upon them) overrides that.

331·20 days agoSounds like it works as intended.
The evidence is such that no reason reasonable jury could find the facts of the case represent anything other than self defense:
Video evidence confirms that Kelver was alone, outnumbered, physically assaulted, and left on the ground facing multiple aggressors.
Thus, the victim would be entitled to having the case dismissed as a matter of law by the evidence on hand since no reasonable jury could look at such evidence and find otherwise when the evidence is viewed in a light most favorable to the prosecution. Hell, the prosecutor could just drop the case.
