All we need to do is severely restrict ammo sales to individuals. Guns are useless without rounds.
As long as people have near unlimited access to ammo, they’ll always find a different gun or magazine to use that gets around certain gun bans.
To be fair, we all already use a national id with the social security numbers.
So pretty simply, the government would set up a SS number verification API, tech companies would call that, and use it to verify who you are.
It’s a terrible idea and I hate it, but that’s probably how it would work.
Mozilla needs all they can get to compete with Google or else we risk losing a free and open internet.
