23 days agoThe filter you used is only showing Manhattan, not all of NYC, not sure why zillow would’ve done that, but Manhattan is definitely not all of NYC.

Yeah, Manhattan you’re not living in on 100k unless you want to live in a shoebox studio or in Harlem.
That being said there’s a lot more to the city than Manhattan, and the other boroughs are a lot more affordable.
I mean… It would be in the interest of those with power, who are more likely to be psychopaths, to encourage empathy development in the broader public.
