They work on Linux like they do on windows. Use heroic games launcher add any repack, make sure to DISABLE “WOW64” mode because it’ll make your repack stuck on a certain point, so disable it.

Did repack stuck on a certain space? Then just disable WOW64 mode. Thats it. What issue did you face?

If piratded games have malicious files its most likely for windows users, you can install repacks on Linux very easily though.

I’m using waydroid and some apps don’t work at all even if I installed translation layer. But 90% of the apps should work.

Why should I care about that?

Thats because it modular, if you don’t like a certain component you can remove it. Like if I don’t like my desktop environment then, I will install another one. If I don’t like the kernel then I can install another one. And the best part is that you can use them alongaide, instead of completely eliminating them.

I know its frustrating when this happens. But there is something called arch-chroot, its a program to fix your messesd up os. New users don’t know about this, but as you keep using Linux, you get familiar to these programs. It takes few mins to fix broken system using arch-chroot. I hopw your system won’t break anymore.

Once I needed to edit text under pdf and onlyoffice worked for me and okular can handle all of those

I tried libreoffice too but you have to change a few settings so it’ll be compatible with ms office but it still isn’t perfect, btw Onlyofficr worked great for me, I hope it works for you too.

Very weird, ram sticks should work to the lowest freq if the soldered one is lower freq.

So what did you do then?

I have an asus laptop with same config but instead of 8Gb soldered I have 4 Gb soldered and I have a 16Gb ram stick.

Also can you set required freq, also I didn’t have that option so both of ram works at 2400Mhz instead of 3200Mhz.

I was using ubuntu during my internship and I like and never looked back
