I don’t know why you’re being downvoted. Historically imperialism being bipartisan in the US has been shown to be true. You can still vote blue no matter who and still acknowledge that fact.

Even if used “correctly”, it can still cause significant collateral damage. I wouldn’t normalize even the use of tactical nuclear weapons, as it’s only one degree of separation away from use on civilian centers. I can see the justification now…“(insert group) terrorists have set up tunnels underneath the civilian population center! We must nuke the city!”

Supposedly the age verification thing that’s needed is the equivalent to a porn site verification. Just enter a birthday that’s in the 1800s, and you’re set. This is still a bad direction to go towards though, as it’ll set precedent for future bullshit.

Supposedly the article says that Motorola will be implementing “some” of the features from GrapheneOS in some of their other phones. So whilst not GrapheneOS proper, you still might see some graphenOS like/lite type stuff on budget phones.

Some people make their own barrels with electro chemical machining. But that’s usually for people who can’t get their hands on parts.

Lol, don’t we also already have a nurse and teacher shortage? These mofos really do want to ruin the country.

My guess is that any good Linux phone experience would need greater funding from some company or foundation…(Valve please?)
North Korea ain’t a good country. But it is a good example that having nukes prevents powerful countries from fucking with you.

This seems about right. Progress was originally supposed to be 5-10 years. I’m not too sure on how effective these prototypes are. My guess is that their progress of EUV sources is quite far now, but that they’ll still need to have greater progress in regards to domestically created collector & debris mitigation systems, projection optics, mask blanks and other things.

It’s more some Trump voters only voted for Trump because he was seen as anti-establishment. So Mamdani being seen as anti-establishment=those type of Trump voters voting for him.

Alot of shell companies is my bet.

The 8 who caved:
+Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada
-Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois
+Sen. John Fetterman of Pennsylvania
-Sen. Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire
+Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia
-Sen. Angus King of Maine
+Sen. Jacky Rosen of Nevada
-Sen. Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire

Tbh, I think it’s mainly because how the Nazis took power was never heavily taught to us Americans here in the states. I myself only learned about the Beer Hall Putsch far into my adulthood.

I often hear AI enthusiasts say that AI democratized art. As if art weren’t already democratized. Most anyone can pick up a pen, draw, write, type, move a mouse, etc. What AI democratizes in art, is the perception of skill. Which is why when you find out a piece of art was made by inputting some short prompt into a generator, you become disappointed. Because it would be cool, if the person actually had the skill to draw that. Pushing a few buttons to get that, not so much.
Edit:spelling and spacing

Prep. Build community. To survive potential trying times. Keep your mouth shut when the fascists take power and figure out ways to erase your online presence.
Edit Addendum: Stock up on food and water. Stock up on vital medications, this of course is personalized to your needs. Saving up a bit of cash and maybe having a few ounces of silver coins probably wouldn’t hurt. Gas generator or power station that can be charged with solar can be useful, lots of people like Jackery. Learn how to use a radio, baofengs are a great cheap start. Guns and ammunition if you trust yourself with it and aren’t mentally ill. Training for firearms if you do get them.
What will likely happen is that when we finally get a Democrat in next election, all the bad shit Trump caused will just be blamed on the Democrats who just got into office.
