Love it, I’ll be stealing this comment thanks.

i had no idea. i assumed since the source code appeared to be on github (along with releases), it was.

I don’t see a fork on their account. The account description does say they’re working on a mobile app though, so hopefully it’s just private for now.

Chromium is the open source base without the google spyware on top, kinda like AOSP vs. “Stock Android”. Still sucks that Google has so much control over it, but it’s a solid web browser.

So why not use Docker? “easier to install” is one of the use cases.

Is there somewhere I can follow to see this if you end up open sourcing it?

Am I lucky or what. Built my first ever PC a few months ago before all this crap started. My only regret is going with 32gb ram instead of 64.

The only rich country with actual legal slavery is the US.

I’ve been on secureblue for months. It has it’s quirks but I don’t see anything in your post that would be a problem. You can turn off hardened-malloc on a case by case basis if needed, and this is especially easy for Flatpaks.

I remember that – the guy provided no real evidence. I wouldn’t trust it that easily given the number of groups who hate that things like Graphene exist.

In capitalist countries, the government and corporations are two sides of the same coin.

Bro, this is in no way an “anti-authoritarian” community 😂
LocalSend doesn’t use wifi direct which means your devices have to be on the same network for the transfer. WiFi direct is more like AirDrop – “direct”.
