Maybe, but limiting expansion can’t hurt. I do think people are right that our government is completely shot though. If we swung far enough to get enough people in to fix it we’d have to scrap most of what was there, it would show a lot of up front turmoil, many wouldn’t immediately show things being better and would cause enough voters to just say this isn’t working because we didn’t see immediate results. Making it so every 4 years we would have complete firings and gutting of everything with illegal acts rampaging everything as a constant because it will become the standard practice or else nothing could change.
