      The myth behind it is that it’s only russians (prisoners of war?) that are allowed to band together and act semi-independently against Putin. But I’d encourage you to read more about them, because at some points their postition or even their mere existence was qustioned, and their leadership was called out for white power shenanigans. It is VERY complicated.
