Looking forward, they will become forgotten now, the legacy that he earned for himself. But looking back, I still enjoy the humor that they provided at the time.:-)

Those jokes were never about “him” to begin with - it was always a character. Looking forward, they will become forgotten now, the legacy that he earned for himself. But looking back, I still enjoy the humor that they provided at the time.:-)
